Different with the autocratic leadership style allows managers to make decisions alone without the input of others. Managers possess total authority and impose their will on employees. No one challenges the decisions of autocratic leaders. This leadership style benefits employees who require close supervision. Creative employees who thrive in group functions detest this leadership style.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"ms-rteFontFace-3 ms-rteFontSize-3\">When a company needs to make changes within the organization, the participative leadership style helps employees accept changes easily because they play a role in the process.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ms-rteFontFace-3 ms-rteFontSize-3\">Some managers using the transactional leadership style receive certain tasks to perform and provide rewards or punishments to team members based on performance results.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"ms-rteFontFace-3 ms-rteFontSize-3\">Leaders focus on the big picture within an organization and delegate smaller tasks to the team to accomplish goals. <\/span><span class=\"ms-rteFontFace-3 ms-rteFontSize-3\">Leaders motivate employees and enhance productivity and efficiency through communication and high visibility. This style of leadership requires the involvement of management to meet goals. It is called transformational leadership style.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"ms-rteFontFace-3 ms-rteFontSize-3\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"ms-rteFontFace-3 ms-rteFontSize-3\">Egyptians tend toward extremely hierarchical structures and this is reflected in the management style most frequently manifested within these companies. The approach is often described as &#8216;managing authority consultatively&#8217; which implies the need for discussion without any loss of perceived status or power. Egyptians manager rarely take decision with the input of their subordinates. After a decision has been reached, subordinates are expected to follow it to the letter and dispute or criticism are not expected or appreciated. Thus consultation has a &#8216;socialising&#8217; aspect within an organisation, but questions have to be asked as to the true extent of its impact on any final decisions.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"ms-rteFontFace-3 ms-rteFontSize-3\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"ms-rteFontFace-3 ms-rteFontSize-3\">Egypt leadership&#8217;s style can be categorized as transformational style because manager held important role in the organization. It has been said that management style most frequently manifested among the companies. It has also been said that the leader or\u00a0manager make a decision and their subordinates must follow.
