Human Capital Leadership and Business Solution

It is essential to prioritize on people to ensure business stay profitable and growth will be naturally sustainable by the end. Every business must think on the people’s readiness to bring and elevate business to the next level. With that purpose, it is important to manage and build strong Human Capital foundation in each organization particularly to prepare its talents and its business leaders for the next business challenges. This program aims to prepare business leaders and HR professionals to become game changer and change agent to help organization to manage strong Human Capital Management in the new normal.

 

Course Description

The course will facilitate participants to understand what it takes to build HR capabilities to transform organization into the best people management model organization to anticipate the new normal with 4 pillars that are business strategies, innovation,  industrial relations and human capital management. These four pillars are the foundation of the future organization to ensure the business profitability for the long run. With the current situation now happening, it is more than just taking care the employees but more important is to ensure the business will grow and generate income in the challenging situation. In this situation the importance of developing organization capabilities is the key to stay competitive and relevant to the industry.

Through a combination of various methodologies, this course expects participants to be active and to link the new knowledge with their possessed knowledge and past experience with the new required skills and competencies. Course activities are comprised of lecturing, discussion, self assessment, and role play and business cases as well as strategic projection.

 

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants are expected to be able to:

  • Understand the importance of the new model of HR in new normal for every organization
  • Develop the HR strategy and HR roadmap for organization with various business model maturity
  • Familiar with Indonesia Labor Law and its implementation with Indonesia law and regulations
  • Capable to build strong and solid engagement with employees and managing employee unions
  • Develop talents and leadership for the new business challenges in new normal
