His research spans critical topics such as business ethics, healthcare ethics, leadership, and organizational behavior, with over 70 publications in prestigious journals, including the <em>Journal of Business Ethics<\/em> and <em>Academy of Management Perspectives<\/em>. Additionally, he\u2019s renowned for blending leadership insights with pop culture, authoring works that explore leadership lessons through the lens of the Harry Potter series.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Presentation Overview<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Professor Simha\u2019s presentation revolved around the innovative connection between <strong>pop culture <\/strong>and <strong>leadership<\/strong>, with Harry Potter serving as an accessible model to explore complex leadership theories.
