Mohammad Hamsal, MSE., MQM., M.B.A., CISCP, CPOD <\/span><\/span><\/strong>as Examiner 3. <strong>Dr. Dea Prasetyawati Wibowo<\/strong> was also virtually present during the dissertation examination.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4829 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/bbs.binus.ac.id\/drm\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2024\/03\/didiet-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1170\" height=\"582\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>DISSERTATION SUMMARY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW201465034 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW201465034 BCX0\">Culinary is one of the sub-sectors of The Indonesian Creative Economy Agency (Bekraf) which contributes to gross domestic product (GDP). Indeed, many economic actors in this subsector have succeeded in building their businesses. To build a sustainable business, you can prepare products from quality raw materials, but business actors still depend on imported raw materials. To reduce dependence, we must be able to better understand local products as substitutes. Apart from products, in the post-pandemic period, business actors need to expand by utilizing online media technology and using digital transportation platforms that serve special food delivery orders. In running a business, communication with consumers is needed to interact and collaborate to get their opinions on restaurant products and services. Facing competition, restaurants must improve their operational capabilities and adapt to a dynamic environment. This research aims to analyze the influence awareness of import substitution, value co-creation, and operation capability on firm agility capabilities mediated by technology information and communication (ICT) adaptability in local food based restaurants in Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to 226 respondents consisting of restaurant owners, managers and supervisors. Researchers used an exploratory quantitative descriptive research approach. In the research results, there is one finding that there is a direct influence that is not significant, namely Operational Capability on Firm Agility Capability. Meanwhile, the indirect influence produces the findings: Value Co-Creation and Operation Capability on Firm Agility Capability which is mediated by ICT adaptability has a significant effect. After completing his undergraduate studies, he pursued a Master\u2019s degree in Management with a major in Marketing from STIE Triandra, graduating in 2005. Later, in 2017, he decided to further his education by enrolling in the Doctor of Research in Management (DRM) program at BINUS University, specializing in Marketing Science.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Didiet&#8217;s career began as a Management Trainee and eventually a System Expert at McDonald\u2019s Indonesia. He later held roles such as F&amp;B Business Development Assistant Manager at Cinema Blitz Megaplex, Restaurant General Manager at Burger King Indonesia, and Head of Business Development at PT Macroni Tei Indonesia.
