Rektor BINUS University, Prof. Dr. Ir. Arief, CPM <\/strong>selaku <strong>Promotor<\/strong>, <strong>Dr. Ir. Setyo Hari Wijanto, SE., MM<\/strong>sebagai <strong>Co-Promotor<\/strong> serta <strong>Prof. Dr. Ir. Harjanto Prabowo, MM (Rektor BINUS UNIVERSITY)<\/strong>, <strong>Prof. Ir. Bahtiar Saleh Abbas, Ph.D<\/strong>, <strong>Prof. Didik J.
