Jakarta, 24 October 2025<\/strong> \u2013 The final day of International Lecture Week 2025 at BINUS Business School marked the culmination of an inspiring week of global knowledge exchange under the theme \u201cFuture-Ready Business: Reimagining Work, Wisdom, and the Wired World.\u201d<\/em> Over five days, international speakers, academics, and industry experts shared insights on digital transformation, leadership, sustainability, and innovation, guiding students toward a deeper understanding of what it means to lead in the digital age.<\/p>\n

Day 5 featured a dynamic mix of topics connecting artificial intelligence, strategic thinking, and human adaptability. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rohail Hassan (Universiti Utara Malaysia) opened with Leveraging AI in Academic Research \u2013 Undergraduate<\/em>, exploring how AI enhances research efficiency and academic creativity. Dr. Jackie Cameron (Edinburgh Napier University) followed with The New Rules of Search Marketing \u2013 Visibility in the Age of AI and Zero-Click Search<\/em>, offering new perspectives on digital marketing strategy in a world shaped by algorithms.<\/p>\n

From Universidad del Pac\u00edfico, P\u00eda Espinel introduced Digital Business Fundamentals<\/em>, setting the tone for how digital transformation reshapes organizations and economies. Dr. Xiang Li (University of Glasgow) and Dr. Yerki Basuki (FKS Group) continued the conversation on Strategic Management<\/em> and Strategic Development Supported by AI<\/em>, underscoring the importance of data-driven leadership and agile decision-making in today\u2019s volatile market.<\/p>\n

The human side of leadership was also front and center. Prof. Dr. Yuli Suseno (RMIT University) spoke on The Power of Mindset to Thrive in Times of Uncertainty<\/em>, encouraging future leaders to balance technical expertise with emotional intelligence.
