Servicescapes merujuk pada desain lingkungan fisik yang mendukung operasional bisnis jasa, yang mencakup elemen-elemen seperti tata letak, dekorasi, pencahayaan, dan suara. Materi pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai bagaimana lingkungan fisik dapat mempengaruhi persepsi dan pengalaman pelanggan, serta bagaimana elemen-elemen tersebut dapat dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dengan mengikuti pelatihan ini, diharapkan para siswa SMA Regina Caeli tidak hanya mampu memahami konsep Servicescapes secara teori, tetapi juga mampu menerapkannya dalam berbagai proyek dan kegiatan mereka di masa depan. Pengetahuan ini akan sangat berguna bagi mereka yang berminat untuk terjun ke dunia bisnis jasa, karena mampu memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan yang menyenangkan dan berkesan.
