Profile & Qualification
Elidjen is an Associate Professor of Management at BINUS (Bina Nusantara) University. He has more than 25 years of experience in teaching, research and community service. He teaches at Business Creation and Doctor of Research in Management at BINUS Business School. He is the co-author of the book Co-Creation Innovation Transformation Model: Practices in the Information and Communication Technology Industry. He has dedicated himself to a career at BINUS University and currently has the task of leading the Knowledge Management and Innovation Directorate.
Various achievements have been achieved by BINUS University under his leadership such as Indonesian MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise) Award Winner 11 times in a row (2007-2017), Special Recognition in Indonesian MAKE 3 times (2011, 2013, and 2016), Asian MAKE Award 3 times (2014, 2016, and 2017), and Global MIKE (Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise) 3 times in a row (2018, 2019, and 2020) and BINUS University for the first time was named the Outstanding Global MIKE Award Winner 2020. Various awards have been awarded, received from Bina Nusantara University: 2 times Employee Award, 2 times BINUS Star of Excellence, and Distinguish Service Employee Award. He a reviewer for several international journals.
