Since 1993, he has served as Area Operations Manager at BAKMI GM, one of Indonesia’s most recognizable restaurant brands, where he has cultivated a reputation for operational excellence and unwavering commitment to quality standards. The core focus of his work includes maintaining exceptional standards in product quality, customer service, and cleanliness to ensure client satisfaction; and investing in human capital by continuously motivating employees and instilling a strong, positive mindset throughout the organization.
