Dr. Eka Maya Sari Siswi Ciptaningsih earned her Bachelor’s degree from Inholland University in the Netherlands, majoring in International Business Management. She completed her Master’s degree in Small and Medium Industries at IPB University, Indonesia, and pursued her Doctoral degree in Management Science at the State University of Jakarta (UNJ) with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
With over 17 years of experience as both an academic and a practitioner, Dr. Eka Maya has been actively involved in the fields of agro-industry, the creative industry, and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Her research interests include Small Business Management, Human Resources, and Business Sustainability. Currently, she is serving as an Associate Professor and faculty member in the Business Creation program at BINUS Business School.
