One of our teams from Binus Business Consulting Group (BBCG) has achieved the title of Second Winner in the Enspirit 5.0 Business Case Competition hosted by Ciputra Surabaya University. The competition’s final round took place online on March 3rd, 2024. Our team, known as AEFGE, proposed the implementation of the 3E Strategy. This strategy aims to enhance PT SIER’s marketing approach, target high-potential customer segments, and cultivate a culture of innovation to set itself apart from competitors, thereby strengthening its position as a leader in the industrial estate market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
