On Wednesday and Thursday (27/08–28/08), the Management Laboratory successfully held the 2025 Management Laboratory Gathering at Villa Ardilla, Cisarua, West Java. This two-day event brought together a total of 66 participants, consisting of Management Laboratory assistants, members of the BINUS Business Consulting Group (BBCG), and members of the BINUS Student Research Community (BSRC). As an annual program aimed at fostering growth and collaboration, this year’s gathering placed a strong emphasis on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where participants could freely exchange ideas, build new connections, and strengthen their relationships with one another. Throughout the event, participants engaged in various interactive activities designed to enhance teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, allowing them to not only learn from the sessions but also from the diverse experiences shared by their peers.

The gathering opened with an insightful visit to PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk, a leading cosmetics and toiletries manufacturer widely recognized for its flagship brands such as Herborist and Miranda. During this industrial visit, participants were introduced to the company’s comprehensive production workflows, starting from raw material processing to product formulation, packaging, and quality assurance. They also learned about the company’s approach to innovation, international market expansion, and brand development strategies that have enabled it to thrive in the competitive beauty and personal care industry. This experience provided participants with an in-depth look into how a well-established Indonesian company navigates global markets, adapts to consumer trends, and maintains its position as a key player in the industry. For many attendees, the visit served as a valuable learning opportunity that expanded their understanding of real-world business operations and inspired them as they prepare to enter their future professional careers.
