LUMIVEST’s Strategy: PEN (Promotion, Experience, Networking)
LUMIVEST aimed to boost Toko Mbah Pong SMART’s competitiveness through:

1. Promotion – Targeted WhatsApp campaigns and data-driven offers.
2. Experience – Enhanced in-store shopping with interactive events.
3. Networking – Partnerships with educational institutions.

Projected revenue increase: IDR 56,690,000 in three years.

TEMPESTA’s Strategy: ACE (Attract, Cultivate, Enhance)
TEMPESTA focused on sales growth and customer engagement via:

1. Attract – Gamified campaigns, social media optimization.
2. Cultivate – Service diversification for students and small businesses.
3. Enhance – Strengthening SEO, forming B2B partnerships.

Estimated impact: IDR 100,000,000 in sales and 810 transactions in six months.
