Talk with the Expert: Attract and Strengthening Millennials Engagement at Work

BINUS BUSINESS SCHOOL held the “Talk with the Expert: Attract and Strengthening Millennials Engagement at Work” with M. Cipta Suhada (Senior People Partner of Gojek) on Thursday, 24 October 2019, at BINUS JWC Campus, Senayan.

In this session, Cipta shared his experience in maintaining the engagement with employees, especially millennials, and how to do it effectively. He explained that it is important because it can close the gap and settle issues between generations, as well as to help the older generation to keep up with the younger ones, especially since millennials will take a significantly bigger part in industry in the near future.
