Guest Lecture: Application and Challenges of Lean Implementation in Organization

The Master Program of BINUS BUSINESS SCHOOL held the Application and Challenges of Lean Implementation in Organizations guest lecture on Thursday, 24 October 2019, at BINUS JWC Campus, Senayan, for the MM in Business Management – Young Professional Program students.

With DS Adi Pratomo, the Managing Director of PT Briktru Mitra Sejati, as the guest lecturer, this session aimed to provide the students with an idea on how Lean principles and tools can be applied, an understanding of the principles and tools of Lean, and enable them to recognize the challenges in implementing Lean in organizations.
