In this modern era, an institution certainly needs to enrich its members with wide knowledge. As a graduate school, BINUS BUSINESS SCHOOL prepares its students through the learning and development program.
Being a people-based institution, BINUS BUSINESS SCHOOL realizes that humans are the main asset of an institution; in this case, of course, the students. One of the solutions to make progress of the students in learning and development, BINUS BUSINESS SCHOOL makes four types of activities which are Research/Case Study, Group Field Project, Knowledge Sharing, and In-House Training.
Research or case study is an activity to do research about things related to learning at campus and studying cases occur in the real life as a support of the theoretical learning at class. Then there?s also Group Field Project, a group of study for students in which they could discuss and finish projects given to test their analysis skill.
Next, the students are given Sharing Knowledge to share experiences and knowledge among students. Since every student comes from different working places, they could share and discuss many things to compare and learn from each other. They could get information from various industries and relate the theories taught at class with the application in the field. This In-House Training is an internal training involving students to enrich their knowledge.
Hopefully those activities could develop students becoming better and more experienced people. Therefore, BINUS BUSINESS SCHOOL will produce professional and qualified graduates who are reliable in their working places. (AS)
