Firdaus Alamsjah Judges at the Strategy and Performance Execution Excellence (SPEx2) Awards 2013

Executive Dean & Provost of BINUS International, Firdaus Alamsjah, was a judge at the Strategy and Performance Execution Excellence (SPEx2) Awards 2013 held on Monday, November 25, 2013 at the Mulia Hotel ballroom in Jakarta. Firdaus previously judged the same event in 2011.

Initiated by Fortune Indonesia Magazine and GML Performance Consulting, this year’s event was the third SPEx2 Awards aimed at companies deemed to be successful in formulating their business strategies and in implementing those strategies well in order to give added value for customers, employees and shareholders. The board of judges responsible for the assessment comprised academics, business players, consultants and journalists.

“In the true sense, a leader is a role model. I hope that our endeavors may turn out to be a blessing, and that my example can be followed to become the benchmark for other lecturers,” Firdaus said of his involvement at the event.

He added that a high quality university is clearly supported by high quality instructors. Thus, Firdaus called on instructors at BINUS INTERNATIONAL and BINUS BUSINESS SCHOOL to display their competencies as academics both on and off the campus. (KF)
